  • the message submitted through the form;
  • the Cloudflare Turnstile response token and the IP address used for anti-abuse verification;
  • the Resend notification e-mail id, delivery event id, and delivery status needed to send one delivery confirmation;
  • a temporary technical cookie used to show the form submission result.

Unnecessary sensitive or confidential information should not be included in the message.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • receive and respond to the message: taking steps at the request of the user.
  • send one delivery confirmation e-mail after the message delivery outcome is known: legitimate interest in confirming the status of the request.
  • protect the contact form from spam, bots, and abuse: legitimate interest in website security and abuse prevention.
  • show the form submission result after redirect: legitimate interest in operating the website correctly.

Provision of data

Providing the e-mail address, message, and anti-abuse verification is necessary to use the contact form. Without this data, the message cannot be sent.

Contact delivery records store only the user e-mail address, Resend message/event ids, delivery status, and timestamps needed to correlate delivery webhooks and prevent duplicate confirmations.

Data may be kept for longer only where necessary to protect rights, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
